While Retail Operations are the more visible aspect of our Goodwill, it is our Donated Goods Division that is responsible for getting serviceable, gently used donations into the stores. With over 100 donation boxes and 11 attended donation centers, the Donated Goods department processes all raw donations and decides the suitability of any given item for a particular purpose. Whether it is clothing, home goods, sporting goods, or furniture all items are thoroughly inspected before ending up at a retail location. Items considered unsuitable for retail sales are also graded and sorted for recycliablity.
